West End has done quite a few of the SoCal installs but I have got to say that LTBMW is the way to go for price and quality. You can purchase the coilovers from them and they will install it. They are probably the quickest too because they've probably done more E9X installs than any shop in SoCal. Darren does good work but it took almost the entire day for my install, though I was one of his early installs for E92s.
