help with 2011 335i xdrive pricing/depreciation
looking for pricing on these 2011's. Both are used, not CPO. Both will get .9% from the dealer. Both are 335i's with xdrive.
Not sure exactly what I should be factoring in for the depreciation as a price to negotiate to. I have not talked pricing yet with either dealer. One is 20 minutes away, the other two hours. I don't even know what the MSRP would be for them when new. 2011 gray sedan xdrive sport package premium package(oyster leather with aluminum trim) cold weather package heated steering wheel auto with paddle shifters ipod/USB 12,000 miles and former 'Corporate fleet' vehicle. 34 months left on original warranty. They are asking $37k. EDIT: got original invoicing of $51,250. 2011 black coupe xdrive sport package premium package(saddle leather with wood trim) cold weather package comfort access heated steering wheel auto with paddle shifters ipod/USB 16,000 miles and former personal lease. 33 months left on original warranty. They are asking $40k, the above sedan of course sets the price to $37k automatically. |

Personally i think the sedan's a bit on the high side and should be priced $1k lower, the coupes about right on the mark tho. Try to bargin with them on the cpo warranty. check patrickbmw.com for previous service loaners or executive demo's, call chris lima @ patrick bmw after you the check the site, he's a friend of mine and the Sales manager over there. let me him know Tab Khan sent ya.

Yeah and I just dropped it. 3.99% financing since it is a coupe, if it were a sedan it would be .9%. The entire conversation with them started with a link to the exact car and asking 'since this is a 2011, what does it qualify for from BMW financing' with a reply of '.9% up to 60 months.'

Nah, anything above inflation is a bad interest rate, anything at or below is great. I was going to do it for either 3 or 4 years, not 5.
If it is available for the sedan, the coupe should be no problem. Over 4 times the interest because it has 2 less doors? Please. |
