Installed BMS Powerbox
Bought the BMS Power Box when I was in the states a few weeks ago. Got around to installing it last weekend. Took about 2 hours going very carefully so I didn't break any clips on the various housings and clips that needed to be removed. It's a little bit intimidating but really is something that anyone with basic mechanical skills can handle.
The result? WOW!! The throttle remap makes my 325i feel like a completely different car. Gone is the acceleration lag that used to make me wonder if my car was normal. Now it feels better in D mode than it used to feel in DS mode. I know there's not much additional power but what's important is that it feels like a much faster car. I *highly* recommend this mod as really good "bang for the buck". |
