Speed Adjusted Volume
Is anyone out there having any issues with this feature ?? I have set the option to max yet I do not hear ANY change at all at any speed from 20 all the way to 90. It appears that the feature is not working at all ??
Anyone ??? Am I setting it wrong ??

I'm the opposite, I set it to min, because I can't stand to here it change. Every time I get a loaner, one of the first things I do is adjust the speed volume to minimum. If you cannot increase the effect, or don't get an effect period, I would suggest going to the dealership. I've yet to drive a bimmer that didn't have a correctly functioning speed volume control and it seems yours is not behaving correctly.

I love the speed dependant volume feature, and have had it in several cars. You just have to adjust it to a setting that is right for you.

I have it set to min.
I usually have the volume kind of high anyway so I don't hear any difference.

I think I figured it out !!
With the top up it works correctly. It appears that with the top down it overrides the speed adjustment and leaves the volume wherever you set it. I will verify with the dealer on Monday when I go in to have the alarm system installed.

I like this feature and can really tell the difference at higher speeds. Sometimes it gets too loud. I keep the setting around the midway point.
