Should i tint my tail lights?

Hi i have a 2011 328i space gray metallic car.
i was wondering if i should tint my tail lights?
and if so how much %?
how much should i do my windows as well.. i want to tint all the windows but wont want to get pulled over by the police, so whats the best %?
suggestions please

Hell No! Don't tint ANY lights. Only cheap Chevy and Ford guys do. Besides its illegal and if some soccer mom rear ends you its gonna be your fault in the accident because they can just say your brake lights weren't bright enough for them to see. Then you'll be fucked.

Don't do it. IMO the only BMW that should have "tints" are the pre-lci E90's through blacklines.

On a bone stock car it'll look like shit- if you have some supporting mods that'll go with it, sure, why the hell not? Just don't go too dark or you'll be asking for trouble.

im gonna get my rims painted black as well and all my interior lights are blue

I'd only consider a really light smoke if I had black wheels and a roof vinyl. Whatever you do, don't do it if your car is bone stock, looks like shit imo.
