Fuse box. Where and how many?

Car is 2007 335i.
I know there is a fuse junction box behind the glove compartment.

Is there another fuse junction box?

Is there suppose to be one under the hood? If so where?

I'm planning to install a Cheetah Wireless kit for my laser jammer. It requires a power source under the hood that is active when the iginition is on and off when the ignition is off.

On my E36, I just used an "Add a fuse tap" into the fusebox..

Thanks
