BMW SE 330D Engine Sound
hello there, i am new to these forums, really like some of the stuff here, but abit confused on were to find exactly what i am looking for.
if anyone can make my job easier by helping me out, i have a bmw 330d 2007 plate that has been chipped (245bhp) and i would like to know how i can increase the engine sound. it does kick when you put your foot down but i really would like the sound to increase to something more along the lines of a M3. what modification can i do to my car regarding induction kit? or exhaust changes please let me know. |

Welcome, but this is the N54 gasoline forum. You'll get more answers on the diesel forum: http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=377
As far as making your car sound more like an M3, you'll need a high revving V8 engine to do that. You have a low revving inline 6-cylinder. Not gonna happen. And we use the term "tune", not "chip", since the last BMW to get an EEPROM was in 1995.
