Where did my options go on the Vehicle Order Tracking?
I'm tracking my vehicle throught the BMW circle website. I'm glad to see its Scheduled for Production. But, as I look under the "Review Order Detail" the "Factory Ordered Options" box is blank. Should i be concern that they have a mistake on my order. Or have other members experience this with the Tracking site ?
Thanks for anyones input. I'd hate to wait 8 weeks for the WRONG bimmer to arrive. |

If i were you i would be very glad if they messed up your order. I know a guy who ordered a Mercedes E320 fully loaded (about $60k) and when the car came it was totally wrong.
The guy threatened to sue so the dealer gave him a MB S430 for the same price ($60k). |

I have the same issue. The exterior/interior colors and the model show up correctly, but no options appear.
I'm not worried because I have a hard-copy of a "vehicle inquiry report" that the dealer gave me after I added the Sport Package a week after I put my original order in. |

Mine has the same problem - it doesn't show the options I have ordered. I called my dealer and they say that they see the correct options, so I think it is just the case that BMW's website is screwed up.

You can call the BMW NA number 1-800-831-1117. Use the vehicle production status option, and somehow get to a live operator. They will be able to give you all the details of your order. The website is often inaccurate for options and slow for production status by a couple of days.
My car is finished production, and I did check on the options cuz the website scared the crap out of me. The OC website still doesn't list the correct stuff. There's a thread in the forums for tracking the status which gives all this info. |

I'll post this again, I thought my order was fine as well until my car arrived without sport package. It seems my CA screwed up but I suggest you call/ visit the website to make sure it's correct. I didn't do that and I paid dearly, having to wait another 6 weeks.

Your best option is just call BMWNA on the 800 number, say "customer service" or hit zero and tell the person that comes on you want to confirm your options. They'll ask for your production # or VIN, ask for your name, then tell you your car and all the options, including the packages and paint/interior colors. Easy and pain free.

Just ask your CA for a print out and that's the car you'll be getting, once it's in computer,it's not going to change and that's the way it will be built.OC is not very accurate and pretty much a waste of time.If you know the week it will be built ( ask your CA ) then eventually, you'll know the day it's been crafted, then about a month later, you're new pride and joy shows up.They're really precise about the entire process.Once in a great while, there's a blip, but things get fixed and the cars keep rolling along.I also recommend not tracking on the way back to the US,makes the wait seem even longer. It's nice to know it's on "Das Boat " but as long as it doesn't sink, don't worry about it,it'll get here in the same time.....Enjoy your car !
