Chrome window trim

I am thinking of changing my chrome window trim to black, Any ideas on the best route to go with this should I change the trim to what appears to be expensive black trim or is there any alternative avenues to go down

Quite a few people have opted to have the trim wrapped rather than replacing it all.

I'm about to go with the shadowline trim wrap from the US, its a DIY but for the cost of about £20 delivered its worth a go!!

I bought shadow line some months ago but the technician who tinted my windows said it was rubbish and not worth the money I paid for it, so it's still sitting in my boot I might give it a go anyway in a couple of weeks. he did say it would be better to use a big sheet of normal vinyl wrap to do but would prove expensive ... he would do it if I still wanted Quoted approx 100 Pounds

It's a matt finish but maybe Plastidip will be easier?

I have just had my first go with plastidip. I can confirm it v. Easy to use, and you get a nice matte finish, although there is a clear coat available.

Its £17 delivered...

Would think it would go close to doing all the trim... And if you muck it up... Just peel it off.

Take it to a paint shop and get it painted (2pac paint, harder wearing and sticks better to chrome). Wont cost more than £150 and will have a better finish.
