there is certainly a difference, the car feels tighter in bends and goes exactly where you point it, cost was £312 for the arbs from larkspeed and about £250 to have them fitted. the front is easy but the rear is a real pain in the bum and best left to the experts.

I have these bars on my 335i with stock springs/dampers/runflats but changed rear subframe bushes to M3 items and have a Quaife LSD. The car really does handle better in corners, turn in is very sharp and on tight corners you can now really feel the LSD working away transferring power to where it's needed.
There is alot less body roll, the car feels stiffer especially bumpy roads, but I find it quite acceptable. I've read that without a LSD having a stiffer rear ARB is a bit wasted since it will just encourage the inside wheel to spin up. Overall I've been very happy with the bars, the car now feels much more alive mid-corner (but not to the point of been too oversteery). I'm not entirely sure it's the most cost effective upgrade though. To really see/feel the difference you need to take the car to the track and mine is never going to go near the track...but you can say the same for big brake kits/additional oil cooler/better dampers and springs |

standard m sport suspension and tyres no problems with spinning rear wheels, with the uprated springs you could go thicker bar on the rear like H&R
