HELP. Installed H&R springs and clicking coming from wheel well. (video)

I installed h&r sport springs the other day and now there is this clicking coming from the wheel well. It's very faint. Also planning on going to get an alignment tomorrow. What do I do?

BTW it's not coming from the engine. I opened the hood to check

I asked my friend that did it with me and he said he did. He's done suspension stuff before

I just went for a ride and can't hear anything. Only when I'm up close to the wheel well.
