Im thinking about purchasing a set of staggered forgestar F14 for my 2007 328xi. What offsets would i need and would i need fender rolling with H&R Sport springs? Sorry im a noob at all of this...

19x8.5 and 19x9.5 with et35 front and rear are the off the shel sizes that fit with 235/35 fronts and 275/30 rears. You will need to contact your vendor for additional fitment options. I got my wheels from SonicTuning. There is a thread here. PM them, I got a great price.

That depends do you want aggressive specs or what?
For front 19x9.5 et30-33 with 235/35/19 I have 18x9.5 et 35 with 235/40/18 which is about highest offset you can go with stock shocks and springs. Its about 2mm from hitting the struts inside. Front will work without any modifications to fenders. Here is my car with HR sport. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=732577 Or if you want more aggressive front, 19x9.5 et20 with 225/35/19 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=744394 For the rear 19x10 et 25 with 265/30/19 This will probably require fender roll http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=347791 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=478069 Or if you want more aggressive maybe 19x10 et 15-20 which is about the same as this black e90 rear 18x10.5 et22 with 245/35/18 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=737286 Of course that will require more work and you would need more stretched tyre and negative camber. And because you have X-drive you need to keep the tyre diameter difference under 1%. I have 18x9.5 et22 with 235/40/18 at rear which would extend to same point as 10 wide et 28. As for now my rear setup doesn't rub at all and havent done anything to fenders, but i have quite narrow rear tyre. For next spring im going to add 10mm spacer so 18x9.5 et12 would be final specs. It will require atleast fender roll. Hope this helps.
