IM GUESSIN THE offset is: the higher the number the more the wheel tucks unde and the higher the number the more the week pokes out? because if read threads and basically if i get 10 mm spacer in the front they wont rub which would make sense if I'm right about what offset means becuase i have no clue what that means lol

If you add spacer it will push the wheel even more out. The lower the offset more it will stick out. Example ET30 vs ET20= Et20 will be 10mm more out. Of course width of the wheel affects that too.
Here you can compare different wheel specs and tyre sizes amongst each other. http://www.willtheyfit.com/ And of course there is the Wheel offset calculator on top this page.It will tell you whether the setup will retract or stick out. As for that setup Rear will fit and depending of the tyre size it might need fender roll. Front is fine too with proper size tyre something like 215/35/19 or 225/35/19. Noticed that the wheels have hub bore 74.1 and your car is 72.6. So you will need hub centric rings. If i understand correctly you are not lowered? Are you going to lower it?

Since you're on non-sport suspension you'll probably be fine for 80% of the time without fender rolling.
But to be honest its going to look whack.
