A third party unfortunately cannot purchase a leased vehicle from BMW FS directly. They can only sell to you or a dealership, they only way to do a purchase would be for you to buy it out and then sell it to the third party, or have a dealer buy it and sell it to somebody.

Sorry to see you getting rid of it though, best of luck finding somebody!

The purchase price was a bit over 47K so I would ballpark in that amount.
If you call BMWFS one of the automated menu options is the payoff price in the case that you wanted to buy out the lease which I think they are asking.

The 335 was an impulse buy by me.
My wife never really wanted it but it she had always said that if they had a black on black with all of the options she wanted....
Well the dealer just so happened to have one and I negotiated for a while and they would not budge so I walked out and went home.
Well they called me back to agree to my terms and so I got the car.
We have 4 other cars and only two drivers in the house.
We both work close to home so she takes the MDX, I take my other BMW
The 335 sits in the garage most of the time and we only take her out to long trips.
We also have a truck and Camry that just sit outside not being used.

I have had some issues with the car and you can search to see what. Nothing major per say but I have had my Fuel Pump replaced (that could be a good thing).
Since my last visit to the dealer when they installed my oil cooler and reset my adaptations along with the new idrive software, the car runs great.

Also I don't have the best driving record... because the car is under my name, my insurance went up on the 335 so I had to factor in that cost to the whole ball of wax.

My wife would honestly rather me get rid of MY 325i and keep the coupe but it's easier to get rid of the lease because more people want it and also because I'm about 8K flipped on the 325.
