help!pwm cant work.

hey guys
my pwm kit has some error,I carefully check each connector.
when I check the flow Nozzle,its cant open!
I know its Hall-effect sensors,but its dont work.
any advise

I'm not sure I follow. The pic you posted is of the FAV (fast acting valve). The hall effects sensor is something completely different and is a part of the flow sensor.

When you apply 12v and Ground to the two parallel blade terminals on the FAV connector, do you hear a click?

Yes
I hear the sound from the relay
But it can not be opened.
In front of it, everything is normal.

The solenoid valve is still not working.
I carefully checked each wire.
I remove the solenoid valve to try to use a 12v circuit connection
He is normal, and can be turned on or off.
I also measured the electromagnetic valve - relay-procede

Bypass the resistor. Attempt a direct 12v connection. Remember these are Positive +opening valves. I thought mine was bad as well. Until I applied a direct 12v current and it actuated correctly.

It took me some time to figure if it worked. Took me back to the ecu and then I determined how this was engineered. Think about what line was tapped off the harness.

I hafta say tho Shiv, the bench test your guys provided wasn't correct.

Also if I'm not mistaken that entire valve can be disassembled, iirc. I took one of them completely apart.

I use the time it has been more than six months, until last week, I found that I started to check every connection no turning lights on my instrument., They do not have any problems.
I've tried to solenoid valve separation, to give him a 12v power supply and grounding line, I noticed that in fact the grounding line should be connected to procede.
As long as I connect it to procede, it can not open properly, has a magnetic.
If you give it a separate grounding line, it can work.
I do not know what I can do.

The question now is 12v is normal
But to procede the grounding line does not work.
I found a piece of magnet, put it on top, the valve is open state, I want to use control tank line to control valve.
