SoCal Battery Replacement??

Hi guys,

My 08 335 is giving me the "Increased Battery Discharge" warning and my car is six years old so I'm probably due for a battery change.

I just called Pacific and they quoted me $475 for the replacement...

Any other measures that you guys have taken for this issue?

Are there any independent shops that I should go to or should I try to get it done at the dealer?

Thanks

When you get a new one (from an indy) get the upgraded 900 cranking amps. I replaced mine just before Christmas, $245 for the battery. Since I'm becoming a "regular" at this shop, he did the labor/programming for free!!!

the only thing is that you need to register the battery.

$250 at South Bay Independent in Torrance. That's OEM installed and registered.

My 08' 335i is also due for a new battery (same on-board message), can anyone be more specific on LTMW's battery (cold cranking numbers, brand...etc?)

I'm not a regular to LT but sure have something installed there before.

Thx in advance or please PM me for details...
