JB4 G5 iso Not pulling strong
Ok guys I was pulling close to 17psi easy and car was crazy strong with g4 board, I updated to g5 and with normal firmware i was still pulling strong but with iso my boost is down and trims maxing out. I am running about 5.5 gals of e85 with 93 and dci. I have no codes. Im gonna try more 2500-6500 rpm 3rd gear wots again and my all map afr for all rpms is set to 0.
Any other advise. |

My lag is set to 60 should I change it. And don't have leaks as g4 board runs strong.

lag setting should have nothing to do what your log is doing in the beginning, I bet your boost solenoids are weak....I had this happen when I was on the G4 board.

I would test them first, around $250.00 if you install them...easy as pie to install.

Please guide me how to test. Plus can it be adaptation is not done yet as I just installed it today. First I was running straight g5 pulling strong but since iso having issues but no codes.

I did he said just try more adaptation as trims maxing out note changes needed as car was running fine before. Thanks

ran like 6 logs changes settings so finally got better boost.
I changed the future use to 2 and then open loop to 75. got better boost. if u notice half way in the log car went to limp mode and previous logs as well 29f2 code so the above changes helped. Advise whatelse can make the car run better and if this looks better than the previous log. Thx |

trims are to high for sure! try setting your open loop mapping to 80 or 85. I think this will change your logs and the car will run alot better Trust me I went through this before I got the BMS flash. My car didnt like anything over 5.5 gallons of E85 without the BMS flash so I would only put in 5 gallons and that temporarily fixed the issue. But once I got the BMS flash I'm able to run ALOT more E85 with even still more room and im at about a 70/30 mix E85/93.
