No boost at all after receiving the car from the dealer
To give you guys some background, i had some electrical and headlight issues, so decided to turn my car to the dealer and use my aftermarket warranty to cover the repairs. I also asked the SA to see if he could replace my HPFP. So I gave my car to the dealer in perfect(other than headlight and airbag light) runing condition, and when i got it back the car had 0 boost. No codes, expect for the limp mode(reduced power) when flooring the car beyond 4k rpm. Uninstalled my cobb, put jb4 on map 0, and still nothing, which leads me to believe its something mechanical and not DME related. I checked the charge pipe, and its connected. Will check the IC connection tomorrow, and lastly the wastegate(really hoping its not the issue...). Any other possibilities as to why this could be happening? Please chime in with any suggestions, or better yet if you had this happen to you.
Thank You PS. Sorry for the shitty put together post, but i'm running on 6 hours of sleep in last 3 days, and 1200 driven miles... |

You need to pull the codes, if it's a 30FF it's a leak, if it's a 30FC it's a wastgate control issue.

no codes even though you get limp modes? Do you have auto clear on on your JB?

This happened to me when I had my HPFP replaced also, I checked my vacuum line going to the boost solenoid on the left side of the engine above the front manifold and one plug was not connected, re-connected it and everything was good.
I hope you figure this out without to many headaches |

I was about to ask this question, because it happened to me. Dealer gave it back to me with the hose that is supposed to be connected to the bottom nozzle of one of those canisters, disconnected.

problem I have is they don't even bother to test drive cars half the time when they work on them.so many people leave the dealer get 1/2 mile down the road with the same issue they brought it in for .
