Just wondered what you guys think about these? How would they compare to the rest on the market!

to be fair mate i don't think there is much difference between a £60 set of cree bulbs to a £150 set of cree bulbs
the difference is negligible and with almost every set the inner circle will be much brighter than the outer! none of these bulbs will come close to LCi Versions but really the difference is not worth over £100 in bulbs i think mate, the ones that 1SH or SSDD sells will not be much different to the set you have seen for £170!! so save yourself some money and buy the cheaper ones hope that helps!

I've got the MTEC CREE ones and I have seen the LUX ones in person, which is almost double the cost of mine from USA! But they look identical, mine slightly bluer compared to the lux I reckon. But equally as bright for sure and visible in daylight and mega at night. Looks spectacular in person.
Man this subject has been gone over at 288 million times I swear. I'm sure "most" cheaper ones are just as bright but there are some dodgy ones where its definitely not as bright as the more expensive ones and I worry about the quality. So I chose one in the middle. Its all metal construction on mine and lots of fins and grooves for heat dissipation whereas some cheaper seem plasticky or just a round cylinder for the parts? Don't know can only comment on what I've got and seen in person. Which is MTEC & LUX.

Be interesting to know if these are 32W in total ie 16W each or 32W each.
I fitted a set of 40W ones so 20W per bulb and result was very good and thats on E90 LCI with xenons where outer rings are always an issue. If they are 16W each then look elsewhere. Got mine from HID direct http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/20w-lux...0-e92-3-x5-x6/

I've just spoke to a guy at XenonHID4u and he confirmed the 32W LED markers are per bulb and not the set, also sent me some pics and they do look awesome!

All these different bulbs are pretty much all the same, same design and everything. I have the 40W per bulb ones installed in my car in my car. Yes they are brighter but you can hardly see the outer ring at all during the day. As mentioned you will never get close to the LCI look! you just have to accept it or speak to Josh. The pictures from XenonHID4u look great, but in reality i bet there just the same as all the other bulbs.

Thanks for the mention lads.
Those 32watt bulbs look decent from that angle. But from any other angle, you will not be satisfied! If you have any questions re: fitting LED rings into your stock housings, please do not hesitate to contact me. |
