Exhaust Note

Every time during a cold start, my exhaust sound like there's something rattling something similiar to a tin can? lol but it ends up sounding normal again after a minute.

Was wondering if this is normal (hopefully not), if not, what can be wrong with it?

Thanks.

Normal. Do you have a 335? If so, that's the turbos getting all toasty and happy.

Vacuum-actuated flap valve inside the muffler to quiet the exhaust on cold start. 90% of the one I hear make noise on startup to varying degrees. Unplug the connector behind the driver's side tail light in the trunk. Now al you will hear is loud exhaust noise instead of a metallic rattle. Pick your poison.
