335XI Alpina B3 TCU flash

hi all,

just interesting, anyone flashed 335xi with Alpina b3 tcu flash. I have flashed mine and its really fast, however i'm filling a bit uncomfortable. Switches are
not smooth sometimes on low rpms under sport mode and on drive mode sometime a bit rough.

Any ideas?

And here is all story. I have tried to flash transmission ecu and got error in the middle see attached image, after I tried second time and everything went ok with success result, cleared all the codes and started the car. It was nice fast and smooth shifting. After few hundred miles I have started filling rough switching on manual modes. Diagnosed the transmission ecu and found some error codes, please see attached images. after translating error message I understood "coding was faulty" as per message.
Tried to flash it again but with no luck as after choosing ECU GKE215 there is no ZB-Numbers 7615835. its telling unverbaut all the time(see attached image).

Please help if any ideas.

Thanks to cn555ic for help.

I have re-flashed tcu again and as i Understood error code 511B is ok for this flash.

I will be driving it some time to see how it performs.

I would like cn555ic to describe revers procedure for this flash for those who wants to sell his car or just to get back to old mode.

What number you flashed at second time?
Is it 7615835?
