Mechatronic sleeve replacement under CPO?

My Mechatronic sleeve is leaking, which I understand is pretty common. Anybody know if replacement due to leakage is covered by CPO warranty?

Yes, it's covered by the CPO warranty.

Yes. Its cover. But you have to say, "I see the leaking fluid on my floor"
Got my replace after the "watch" it for a year.

Thanks guys. Wife is taking the car in for me tomorrow (I'm traveling). Anybody know if this fix also accomplishes a full fluid flush?

They pour it back into the transmission. Maybe 1/2 quart I think. Had mine done in 2007 for my old 06' e90.

Well THAT sucks. You'd think they would at least replace the lost fluid with new stuff. Well at least I got a new pan and pan gasket out of it.
Thanks!

The dealer will reuse your old fluid. Since they've got to do the labor anyway I'd pay for new fluid.
