How much cutting would be required, you reckon?
and the 3" in the front, where would they go?

No cutting for the 3" or 4", and I have 4" adaptor rings that I can provide. I was going to get a pvc 4" od piece to fasten the " to, when you slide the piece in or out for the best fit, you glue the fitting. Both front and back speaker were going in original location
