Cobb AP arrives tomorrow.
I have my BMS DCI sitting in a box ready to be installed when my Cobb AP arrives tomorrow. What should I be expecting out of the gate? Are there procedures to follow before flashing the ECU, or do I just go for it? Since it's a flash tune and not a piggy back, I'm assuming the car will need no time to adapt and it will be able to take advantage of the added power immediately? Is there anything I should keep in mind when flashing my car for the first time? Anything to keep an eye out for or avoid so that I don't mess anything up?
Excited to get this done! |

plug, flush the right tune and enjoy.
plug in your AP to the PC and launch AP manager so it backups your ECU data. if you have doubts about your car's battery plug it to a charger. once ready, two three pulls are usually enough for the car to adapt. you will feel the added power instantly but after a pull or two the car will be smoother. after you;ve done a couple of pulls, log two runs to make sure the car is running great. Enjoy ![]()
