Intercooler sprayer

I was just wondering if any of you guys are using an intercooler sprayer and if so how do you like it? Any dyno proven gains? I am thinking about getting one but I would like some input before I make my decision.

everywhere I have read says this is a waste of money.

The most cosr affective way is Co2. You can build your own using a paintball tank set up. Its Really cheap to fill.

Nitrous would be a waste IMO. co2 would be just as affective and kjch cheaper to fill
