eBay replacement FOBB and FCC ID on 2009 E90 with comfort access

I lost a fob and my dealer wants $300 plus programming. There is a seller on eBay that specializes in fobs, has 4000+ ratings and 99.7% possitive. He sells new, unprogrammed / uncut fobs for $89.

First, has anyone tried this? Will the dealer program a new key I bring in?

Also, and I need help on the ID. My main fob is faded and it is difficult to read the FCC id. I believe it is KR55WK49147. Does anyone else have a 2009 E90 with comfort access that can confirm this?

Thanks.
