Just bought 2010 CPO E93

2010 E93 CPO 50k miles $27,525. I drive 8-10k per year in service date of car 3-15-2010 so I have roughly 2 years 8 months left of cpo and am hoping brakes, rotors and tires will last that long
Vehicle is a single owner that was sold by the dealership I am buying it from and per carfax (no surprise it's free) all maintenance was done the the dealership I bought it from.
