take over lease 335i sedan, NorCal, only $500 for 15 months

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Alpine White, 4 door sedan, with Steptronic auto transmission. Premium package, sports package, Nav. Black leather interior w/ alum.

I leased it on 01/31/07, got the car for $500 over invoice, dropped $4K on a 24mo lease (w 10K miles/year), only paying $500 per month + tax.

I love this car, but since I'm buying a house, the banks says I have to improve my debt ratio before signing off on the loan, so the car needs to go.

The car currently has 7900 miles, in almost perfect condition, still smells like a new car, garaged, non-smoker, no accidents. The only blemish is a couple of small scratches on the bumper (less than 1 inch). Procede is installed

I'm only asking $1500 (plus $400 lease transfer fees) to take over the loan
Or, $2500 to include the Procede. Must have good credit, ready to do the transaction. There's no way that you can get such a good deal now on the such a great car.

The lease payoff is $40,362.81.

What kind of refundable deposit did you put down on it? I would assume the new lessee would receive this deposit back at the end of the lease?

I think the deposit is ~$550. I think I would be getting this back after the transfer...
