I don't think it's an LCI due to the headlights not having an eyebrow.

Right except you are forgetting that it is LCI bumper.. has nothing to do with the headlights. the headlights have not been upgraded to LCI on this E9x.

What?? If the headlights are not yet been upgraded to LCI, then the car is not an LCI!
Mtech bumpers came with both LCI and Pre-LCI. There's a subtle difference between the two according to what I've heard. That is my concern here.

What are you talking about...

That front bumper is the ONLY M-Sport front bumper out there. The same one that debut back in like late '09 and still on the 2013 models with the M-Sport package..

Exactly! MTech/MSport bumpers existed even before they face lifted the body (Life Cycle Impulse). When the LCI came in, they did some minor changes on the body panels. My concern is that, does the bumper has the same spec since there is some changes in the panels?

umm you need to look at a lci mtech in person and compair it to the pre lci.. there is a big differance.. this splitter will not fit the lci.. the lci on the bottom has an angle cut as the pre lci doesnt..

an lci bumper and a prelci bumper are different, biggest give away is where the headlights touch

So OP, since you said that you haven't installed it, I assume the pic is an archive photo from somewhere. Is this for pre or LCI?

Judging from the photos, these are splitters made to fit the pre-LCI mtech front bumper. They will not fit the LCI mtech front bumper. Also, they must be replicas because they appear to fit quite poorly.
