I'm looking at buying a friend of a friend's 330xi. Here are the details...

He's got roughly 18k miles. I'm offering $33,500. I offered him $35k back in April but the car he was supposed to get then fell through. So over 6 months, I'm lowering my offer by $1500 based on miles and the fact the 335xi has come out since and has made the 330xi a little softer.

Thoughts?

I'd say $33.5k is fair, an Alpine 330xi without those extra options (but 13k less miles) sold for about that here.
