good luck finding somebody to donate wheels and run the risk of you not returning them. unless you got some homies that are on this board (you should then just ask directly anyway), it's gonna be tough finding a free donation.

you might not steal them, but others don't know that.

Been around long enough that it wouldn't be an issue - any number of vendors could vouch for me besides I'm looking for some 16" stockers or the like - just something that's sitting around that someone doesnt care much about...and I'm a 42 year old Dad living in Irvine and we can meet at my house...I'm not a kid looking for a free set of HRE's etc... - it could be worked out and I would be willing to pay if that's what it would come down - appreciate your feedback - maybe if you know someone you could help out and send them in my direction - thanks / It's not an unreasonable request

understood. just wanted to give you a heads up in case you had high hopes. and yes i was also referring to cheap 16s or the like... $200 is still $200 to a lot of these kids.

anyway, good luck still. i couldnt find anyone a few years ago either so i ended up borrowing from a friend when i found out he had a set (before he sold the car)

cool thank you - someone has already come through with wheels (18) but no tires - mine are 19's so I can't swap / so the hunt continues for wheels & tires or just some thrashed 18 tires that'll last the 100 miles I need to drive on them
