Got the V8 itch

So after driving my friends M3 I have decided that i need to upgrade to an M3. I have decided i need a V8 in my life and need to sell my car so I know this sounds stupid but I was wondering if you guys can give me an idea of how much i could expect to get for my car.
Its a 2007 325i Convertible with
24000 Miles
Full Service History
Autovogue Conversion kit
Quad exhaust system
Lowered with 20" chrome AC Schnitzer Wheels
Tinted Windows with Smoked rear lights
Cyba Scoop
Msport Heated memory seats
with IDrive

sorry forgot the important things lol i have edited the post but its a 2007 with 24000 miles and full service history. I only drive it around on weekends.
