I sent 4 recently 19inch runflats. Paid £24 I think it was on 48hr courier. Always use parcel monkey/ interparcel and never had any issues.

Sometimes it's cheaper to send as 4 parcels rather than 1.

I paid about £20 to have 4 alloys collected and delivered to me.

Any tips on packaging?

I've just bought a massive roll of bubble wrap, should be with me soon. Just trying to find some cardboard too.

Tyres won't need packaging. Just make sure labels are waterproofed and well secured.

Whereabouts are you in the midlands, as I have some large cardboard boxes which might be suitable for shipping wheels and tyres?

If not nearby (I'm near Banbury / Stratford) then just protect the faces of the alloys with some cardboard and then bubble wrap the whole thing. I'd use duct tape for strength.

These guys use Interparcel and I've had no problems sending a few part worn tyres recently.

I used InterParcel (UPS Service) in the past and had no problems sending my 20" alloy wheel and tyre.

I put a massive piece of cardboard over the face of the alloy and then wrapped a layer of heavy duty bubble wrap all over the wheel, and finally tied some string all round it to make it easy to pick up.

Shipping cost around £15 from memory.
