Has anyone ordered from BimmerKit and/or Duke Dynamics recently?

I'm about to purchase their E92 M-Tech 3-fin diffuser. I wanted some feedback prior to see if they're still having fitment and/or customer service issues, and if there's a better way to go about ordering certain products.

DD stuff is hit or miss. I have some friends who had. I issues and others who have has serious fitment problems. You might want to consider getting Arkym.

DD is the only company that in aware of that offers a 3-fin diffuser though.

I actually contacted BimmerKit support, and the customer service was top notch via email (7-10 emails within an hour). Based on that, I went ahead and purchased a diffuser. Chris said it'll take 5-7 business days for the build, and then a few days for shipping depending on the address.

Sounds about right. mine took a total of 10 days I think.

Order confirmation and package tracking didn't work but I got my diffuser in about 10 business days. It took them a few days to process the order then another 5 business days for shipping. I got an E92 Dual Performance CF diffuser, it fit perfectly.

Even with all the horror stories I been hearing, I pulled the trigger and have ordered a quad diffuser for e90 thru them. I have received order confirmation but nothing on the tracking number. Its been about a month, and every Monday since I would email them asking for updates. I have not received any emails back at all. I will give it a little more time before I start to panic.

I ordered a quad diffuser, I have the tracking number and contacted FedEx..... Apparently the shipping mode was "standby" meaning if there is space on the plane they will ship it. The rep told me it could take weeks to get it.....I have been in constant communication with Duke Dynamics until today I could not get a hold of them. It has been about 10 days since the purchase. Hopefully I get the shipment and fitment is good.

Sure I ordered it April 24th, they always responded expect for the last day which was why I called FedEx, I like to be informed. Turns out everything went well and it fits great. Here are some pics, not the greatest but they should show the fitment.

Did you modify or trim the bumper inorder to fit the diffuser? I also have the DD Performance Quad Diffuser was wondering cause they didn't include any installation guides.

Nope, no need to trim or modify. It was actually very easy to install, then again since I have a pre lci and am upgrading the rear I did have the bumper off.

It's funny that in one of those comments the talk about the double shipping without a shipping label! That's what happened with me. I paid full shipping for it to come to my house and that didn't happen

I have yet to receive my Diffuser. I have emailed them to request a refund. They said it has been shipped out already. Then I asked for the tracking number. I haven't heard or got anything from them in 4 days after their last response.

I know they are hit or miss. Its just my luck I'm one of the MISS!

I have been waiting for over a month for a non-quad LCI diffuser. I got the spoiler from China in a week... I am starting to get impatient as I have several other things that need to be painted and they are all getting done at once. I might have to try IG, no response on their facebook page.

From LTMW (Long Tran) 10 days ago. I will keep you guys posted on fitment but we are off to an inauspicious beginning.

-Paid via PayPal, never received any kind of order confirmation.
-After several e-mails back and forth was able to get an invoice
-The website says "1-2 weeks for Carbon Fiber", however I was told via e-mail, 4-6 weeks so my Remus quads are sitting in a box in my bedroom for a month
-We shall see if/when I receive it but I am wary...

I have heard from friends that it is really hit or miss with Duke Dynamics..but my god I want their rear diffuser.
