Interior Door Trim Removal

I intend changing the interior trim. I have studied some U Tube videos on how to remove It but none of these are clear about the Door Trim.
On the new trim there are 4 Threaded Studs. My question is "do I need to remove the Door Card to get the present door trim off" ie. Is it fastened with nuts or does it pop off like the rest of the trim.
I don't want to damage the part by prying it off.

It just pops off. Start at the correct end as I think one of the ends has like a hook on it so start from the opposite end.

the threaded bolts are just held in with plastic clips, they are not bolted in with nuts, so you can just pull them off.

open the door and start at the outside end (the one furthest away from the hinge) once you have popped all the clips(bolts) out, then you need to push the trim towards the hinge side to dislodge the hook at that end.

I believe that's incorrect you need to start by the hinge as the outside edge Piece of trim has a hook on the end which will possibly break off!
