Hey guys I'm new to here as you can see and I just wanted to get some input in comparison to these 2 great cars. Like which would most rather, driver friendly, performance, etc.

Do you really think the MazdaSpeed6 is a "great" car? I'm not saying it's bad, but the Mazda is not in the same car class as the BMW 335i in terms of performance, luxury, safety, or technology. Sorry, but true. Also, I believe the MazdaSpeed6 is ~ $35k and the 335i is at least $10k more; you're trying to compare apples to oranges here.

I just wanted some input as to how much of a difference it is. Reason being is that I have a speed6 right now with a TBE and Intake and I run 13.3@101 1/4 mile. I've ran stock 335i's and have them by barely a car. Stock for stock I know they are way faster and more luxurious. I'm just considering leasing a 335i but just wanted to get some input from the bmw side as to weather or not another 300$ a month in car payment is worth it? Also quick question if I take over someone else's lease does the warranty and the Ultimate maintenance package transfer to me as well and will I be covered just as much if I had bought it new?

i drove a buddy's mazdaspeed today.. fully modded... fun to drive.. but wouldve been cool to get while i was senior in college... also all that hp from the front wheels is not something i prefer.. just doesnt feel right..

the bimmer 3 series is more refined and a bit sophisticated in comparo.. perfect ride for the late 20's, early 30's .. untill you move on to a maserati quattroporte or a m5! btw..just an opinion.. blame it on the rum ive been drinkin this evening..

335i way over a MS6. I tested a MS6 before I bought my 330i and was not impressed with it -- no offense. The E90 drives much, much better.

You really need to test drive the 335 and tell us which car YOU like better, because frankly no one on this forum will say Mazda is better than a 335 or for that matter any BMW. I would get a 1974 BMW 2002 tii over a MS6. Anyway you will see the difference.

I have tested the 335i sedan and coupe at and mt transmission. I've been researching the past week and visiting several dealerships. I just wanted some opinions. No one still hasn't answered my question about the warranty and maintenance thing. Do they transfer over to me and work the same as if I had bought the car new. Also does it really cover everything from top to bottom besides tires like they say they do? Has any one had any experience with maintenance yet? Is it a hassle or does BMW live up to their ultimate maintenance thing? That's the main reason why I want this car really cause of that.

We had to buy a tire maintenance package which costs something like $640 for 4 years of coverage. It'll replace all tires that are useless as long as the cause isn't usual wear of the tread. In otherwords, a nail puncture constitutes a free tire replacement, but replacement due to minimal tread costs $$$.

Mazdaspeed 6 starts at $28,590, 335i Sedan starts at $38,900.

270hp 2.3L turbo... AWD... not bad

The only Mazda I ever like was the last model RX7, so I will have to go with the 335i.
