Forcing a regen with DIS

Is it possible to force a regen with DIS software?
If so could someone please post the instructions. I had the yellow light on yesterday about it.
So need to force a regen ASAP.
I have the cable and also have dis working correctly. Just need to know how to enable the regen

check your thermostats via hidden instrument panel test 7.0 or DIS
you wan't get regen until your coolant is below 75C

Yeah my coolant temp goes above 75. However when traveling on motorway it sometime dropped below 70

Is there 2 thermostats to replace on 335d?
