CF Roof

Just wondering if anybody's heard anything about this?

I love the look of the new M3 with the CF roof, and even though this wouldn't be an ACTUAL CF ROOF, it'd still looks sick.

What do you guys think?

700 $ is actually a good price..
but i would wait for vorsteiner or another company to make one in the future.. just because fitment would be a big issue on aftermarket carbon fiber parts.

this isnt the roof u know right its only the shark fin antenna on the roof

It is for a full-roof cover (stick on)

I know that vorsteiner makes a full replacement for e46 m3 but has anyone seen the DIY(Distroy It Yourself) on that, you have pull out all the windows, break the weld on the original roof, not to mention put the full headliner off. If they make one it not worth putting on in my opinion.

I think it looks fine. If you use proper 3M tape to mount it, I don't see how it can fly off coz you'd be seeing all those spoilers on the road that are mounted with the same tape.

I've seen "tape" hold at speeds pushing 200 mph on a banked oval. Not "ducktape"

- real 3m body tape.
