Anyone here with their aluminum interior trims with gouges and scratches to them? Whats the best way to go at repairing or refurbishing them?

Aluminum vynil wrap? There has to be some. Not sure about repairing that though.

I had a ding in the rear oddments cover. I just replaced that piece by ordering it from getbmwparts.com. That is probably your best bet. Order the single piece that has damage.
