detail a car in winter or not?

I clean my car regularly, but never detailed it since 2011.

I was reading about using a clay bar to clean the car.

my car is quite clean, but there are spots here and there and i want to use a clay bar to try cleaning it and then wax it.

i bought some stuff last night and i am contemplating if i should do it now or wait until spring.

here in Toronto it's still averaging -10 and snowing time to time.

should I clean it today or wait till summer??

Personally, I would wait until it gets above freezing. It's terrible to work in such cold weather. Maybe it's because I live in California, haha. You shouldn't have a problem using clay bar to get off the spots you were talking about. It might take a little more effort if you wait until summer.

ive worked in my 2 car garage with a heater when its 5-15 deg. outside. inside the garage its prolly 40 or so.

Since we are close to when the weather will turn id wait 2 more wks and than get to work.
