What size are the 335i stock exhaust tips? They look like they're 3-3.5". I was thinking I would like to put 4" tips on. Has anyone done that? I did a search and couldn't quite find the answer I wanted.

The stock tips are SMALL, I doubt theyre 3-3.5 inches.
This is the size of a 3 inch exhaust.


Put it in comparison with the stock 335i exhaust..

Dude don't put 4'' tips on, thats what the civic people are doing. I think they're 2.5, at most 3''

Last thing I want to do is look like a ricer. lol My G35C has 3.5" or 4" OD tips I believe (stock). They look great. The 335i stock tips are small.

The stock tips are 90mm (just a little less then 3.5 inches)

100mm is just a little less then 4 inches.

Hmm, the 335i tips don't look like they're 3.5". Seems the tips on my G are noticeably bigger. Anyway, 4" tips would make a difference I think. I'll have to check it out when my 335i arrives. I'll have both cars to compare and see if it is indeed "worth the fuss."
