Kassim just make sure you sand the calipers down with using a power drill with a metal drill bit. Clean the discs and calipers with brake cleaner, let them dry then use a small/medium brush to paint.
I painted my calipers silver and discs black

Hammerite used to be the go to product but they've changed the mix recently and it's not as good as it used to be.
Japlac or Wickes is good

You could even paint it on with a left handed paint brush

Kassim, my car is almost identical to yours (white LCI e93) and ive always wanted red callipers but dont know whether to brush them red or stick some fake plastic cover on top of the existing callipers. please keep this thread updated and let us know the process and results.

Kassim check out my build thread for my e93. I done it on there
Front calipers need acid etch primer as they are coated. Rears need anti corrosive primer. I forgot the name. Both primers can be bought in halfords. I used a dremel and a load of the little brushed to clean off all the rust etc. Then sanded lightly then cleaned with panel wipe. Taped up everything else then 2 or 3 coats of primer. 2-3 coats of paint then 2 coats of clear. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=878937 |

I used some Hammerite and a year later some of it is flaking off the wheel hubs (I got rid of all the rust I was able to before painting)
but at the same time I used some 'E-tech' paint from amazon for less than a tenner and that stuff seems to last on my calipers! |
