265/30/19 vs 255/35/19 E90 Sedan

Would appreciate some help if possible. Tried searching this but no specific answers:

I am thinking about buying a set of 19" M310 used.
Because I am on an 07 e90, will the 255/35/19 tires (rear) cause any issues for me? I have sport suspension and some people said I might run into problems because of this?

My old summers used 265/30/19 on the rear so hopefully the 255/35/19 won't cause any rubbing or severe driving issues.

What do you guys think? Will the taller tire do any damage or should i go ahead?

I have an 08 E90 on Eibach sportline springs (about equivalent to H&R sport springs). Running 265/30/19 rear on 19x9.5 ET20. Fits great, but I did roll the fenders. My toe was out of spec after the lowering and tires so it rubbed on one side occasionally but after getting the car alignment it has been perfect.

So yes 255/35 should fit no problem but depending on the offset you might want to roll fenders.

It's almost an inch taller, with OEM suspension that probably won't be a problem. But if you lower it much, the height may give you issues.

Thanks for the info so far guys.

Will having a sport suspension cause any issues you think? The car is not dropped in any way but some other forums said that this could cause issues?

Funny I am running a similar wheel and tire combination on eibach prokit springs and I am having rubbing issues. Granted the E90 LCI has an 8mm wider track. But it seems everyone else isnt having rubbing issue after they have had their fenders rolled (which i had done by the way). Do you have a picture of how much the fenders were rolled from the underside?

Garage List
255/35 is too tall. Your speedo will be off quite a bit. Stick to the 265/30s.
