I'm also looking for a n54 complete engine. I have a 335i, 2008, with all the bells and whistles. Car has 130k road miles on it and is in excellent condition body, interior, etc.. As with most of these engines carbon build up and a sludge problem finished the cylinder head off. I'm at a sell the car AS-IS stage or look for a new complete engine.
