Good place to Mount/Balance Tires

I'm looking for the best place to goto to get a mount/balance done for my new wheels and tires.

Looking for a place that definitely won't damage the wheels and preferably uses Hunter Road Force.

Prefer something closer to Brampton/Vaughan area... but willing to drive further if the place will do a better job.

I'm guessing I should be paying around $20-25 per corner?
