HELP - Will this set up fit? 19x8.5 19x9.5

I have a 328i Coupe
Looking into putting the following on it:
Front - 19x8.5 et35 tire 245/35zr19
Rear - 19x9.5 et33 tire 275/30zr19

Can anyone please tell me if this rim/tire combo will fit on my car?
Any fender rolling needed?

Thank you!

It looks like my set up has changed and now I'm going with the following:
19x8.5 et 30 245/35zr19
19x10 et 37 275/30zr19

Does anyone run that setup?

This will work, but the fronts are a hair aggressive with those 245's.

Fronts will most likely have some rubbing issues during compression.

Rears may require a slight roll, but you may be able to pull it off depending on what tire manufacturer you are running.

I'm sorry for not specifying.
I will be using Nitto NT05's 275/30zr19 for the rear.

I really appreciate your help!
