New turbos

I bought the car about 2 months ago with around 34k miles. The car has 39k miles now and I started to mod it a month ago. The turbos started to blow (blue smoke out of the exhaust). I am having the turbos replaced as we speak. Do you think my mods could have killed them that fast? Ar dp, jb4, dci.

no but i do know that the wastegate actuator for 2007's is bs, mine is rattling like fuck and it only had 32000 miles and that could be a culprit
