Lease Return

I had 2 questions about a lease return and tires.

1. I wanted to know how much tread is needed on the tires for a lease return as well as how strictly they enforce this.

2. Can I return a lease with 2 different tire brands? For example the front 2 would be Bridgestone while the back would be continental? If both were the same size and RFT's would it matter?

i was just at the dealer shopping for a lease, the salesman told me 4/32. and he said as long as they are sellable tires. when my girlfriend turned in her infinity a tech came to the house looked the car over and gave her a list of what needed to be fixed and how much they would charge, you can fix it yourself or they will charge you for it. hers ended up being just a couple hundred so she just turned it in and they billed her. i would call the dealer they will tell you everything you need to know.

It is 4/32 and as far as I know all tires have to match.

Thanks a lot guys!

One more thing, if I were to drive another 4k-5k miles do you know how much thread I would need on my tires now in order to stay above the 4/32 mark on a lease return? Considering normal driving, no spinning tires, just an approximation is good enough.
