Ok a bunch of you are going to say im crazy because no forged internals but has anybody seen or heard of a 2006 E90 BMW 330i being turbocharged. its gonna cost you alot more time, money and won't be as powerful and reliable is the simple answer mayb someone with more knowledge on the n52 architecture can chime in as why it wont work out to your favor.

HPF fabricated a kit five or so years ago and even used to have a video of it on their website. But they ran into serious problems trying to get the software tuning right and project faded away.

turbo

I got y'all the software is a point but i was also going to ask since it does not have forged internals such as the 335i wouldn't i just be able to get the software which i can get pretty handy and put aftermarket internals for a 335i motor in mine being the are both 3.0 and then just put the turbo on or does that sound no good.

Check the NA section and look at the ARMA Supercharger. Someone did it to their 325i.

I'm just not feeling this one I guess. The thing that I prefer about the N52 over the N54 is its comparative reliability. Adding the turbo kit will certainly change that but you appear determined so good luck.

Everybody is really set on FI for power. What about cams and headders? I've seen the super sprint and OBX headders but no cams to match. There were some companies that claimed they had headders but no test car or dyno's to back it up. No true NA mods out there yet. If I had some extra money laying around, I'd try to get other than FI something going.
