Can this Warp My rotors?

I drove to the Canadian/US Border the other day and ended up in a HUGE lineup.

I was sitting in drive with my brakes applied for about 2 hours slowly creeping up a tiny bit for a total of about 0.7km in the 2 hours.

I didn't want to keep putting it into park and then drive every little while so I just held onto the brake while in drive, then I thought about heat etc... and got a little paranoid about my rotors.

Any input?

Haha yeah, I tend to get a bit paranoid about little things.

Glad to know it's nothing to worry about.

I was thinking of how keeping your brake applied after tracking hard warps your rotors, but my rotors weren't nearly as hot so I guess it's nothing.

Holding on to your brakes after a looooong hard stop can warp them but not sitting in traffic.
